Claimants -
If you have filed a claim before, use your SSN as Username and 4 digit PIN number that was assigned to you as Password.
(Once you Sign in successfully, you will be required to setup a new DES user account and use that in the future for Sign in.)
If you have not filed a claim before, create a DES user account first by clicking on the 'Sign Up' link.
Businesses -
Use the first 7 digits of your employer account number or your 6-digit remitter number as Username and your assigned 6 digit PIN number as Password. Contact us at
